Best hotels in Atlanta?

I have stayed in the Embassy, the CNN center, and Hyatt Regency downtown. I would like to know - in your opinion, what is the best Atlanta hotel? I will be going to a concert at Lakewood Ampitheater on August 29th. THANKS!!

5. Downtown hotels are constantly changing their package deals. You can get the best rates possible on the weekend, as downtown hotels are primarily a destination for the business traveler...Sunday - Thursday nights. I live in Marietta, and my wife & I have gone down to the Westin Peachtree and the Marriott Marquis for a 'let's-just-out-of-the-house' night out. A couple of times we've been able to get a great deal at the Marriott...great room, breakfast (an excellent one too) either in the restaurant or for room service (at no extra charge) and parking was even included. The Westin was nice...we enjoyed the Sun Dial on the top, but the breakfast was a real disappointment after the Marriott's and parking was extra. I would say, check-out their websites for your best value.
